Marketing Content Creator (Designer)

We have a small but mighty marketing team here at SimpleTexting. Our mission is to create content that makes people fall in love with our product—and our brand. We do this through blog posts, Facebook ads, e-books, infographics, explainer videos, the list goes on. This role will take ownership over the design of these various pieces of content. A big challenge, but you’re not in it alone. You’ll have two talented copywriters by your side plus a senior web designer who you’ll collaborate with as well.
Responsibilities
- Design visual collateral including sales one-pagers, infographics, e-books, emails, and more
- Review our blog posts and update any graphics that currently make you feel like this: 😟
- Create video tutorials that educate our customers on our product
- Design scroll-stopping ads for Facebook, display, and other channels
- Work with our writers and senior web designer to produce new landing pages and update exisiting ones

- Love taking on new challenges and solving problems
- Believe regular feedback is part of the creative process
- Have an attention to detail that’s borderline obsessive
- Can deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment
- Are a self-starter who can work with minimal direction
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing marketing collateral either in-house or at an agency
- Expert-level knowledge of graphic design programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
- A strong portfolio with a range of different projects
Bonus points
- You’re comfortable with WordPress and know what short codes are
- Previous experience working remotely
- You’ve worked at a B2B SaaS company before

- This is a full-time remote position. (We’ve been fully distributed since 2010, long before COVID.)
