Our partner in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Visualization Developer/Business Intelligence Consultant with healthcare (preferably revenue cycle experience.) Ideally, you'll live in Wisconsin, but they are open to a remote candidate.
You will be responsible for providing analysis, developing standard reporting and managing the delivery of key metrics and reports that drive real value for clients and partners. You need a strong data analytics background with the ability to understand, organize and structure data in user-friendly and logical formats.What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in an BI Consultant or Analyst role, who has attained a 4 year degree or equivalent and who has an understanding of healthcare and revenue cycle analytics.
- Five (5) plus years’ experience creating senior management reports in the healthcare; preferably in the revenue cycle environment.
- Hands-on experience in both creating reports and sourcing, organizing and updating data from the appropriate in-house data sets.
- Significant experience working with healthcare billing and payment data, Epic a plus.
- Expertise with managing and mining very large internal and external data sets.
- Ability to manipulate data - SQL essential.
- Experience with a large-scale BI tool required, Sisense reporting is a huge plus.
- Experience building creative visualizations and dashboards utilizing existing widgets provided within the packaged software.
- Ability to transform complex reporting needs into technical specifications, including calculations, parameters, filtering criteria, aggregations etc.
