We are looking for English speaking Talents from the United States or Canada available to work on US and Canadian Time zones. Join us and start working on a variety of projects like inbound customer care, surveying or outbound lead generation!
We are looking for you in case you have:
- Contact Center (Inbound/Outbound) or other Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Experience (2yrs+)
- Strong user level of Computing Skills
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
- English from the United States or Canada is your mother tongue
- College or University Degree is an advantage
What we need from you:Internet:
- Broadband internet connection
- Ethernet based LAN connection
Hardware Requirements:
- Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferable)
- RAM: 4 GB RAM upwards
- Available Storage: 10Gb minimum
- Preferred Resolution: 1920x1080
