Data Scientist - Full time

GoodHabitz BV

This is what you tell people at parties

“I work at one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe. With GoodHabitz and our 1,000+ customers, I’m on a mission to get everyone in Europe excited about learning. We already offer the very best learning solution for employees, teams and managers that want to make a real difference in their organisations and establish an actual learning environment. I’m part of an ambitious product team that fulfils a central role within GoodHabitz. We’re continually working to surprise our clients, prospects, students and co-workers with results that help GoodHabitz keep growing.”
“As a data analyst, I know exactly how our websites and platforms are performing and how they’re being used by prospects and students. My job is to drive our product forward with a clear data strategy, and design measurable metrics and KPIs while finding new opportunities. GoodHabitz collects a wide range of data and still has many areas in which data collection and handling can be improved. My role is to make data actionable, so we can make better-informed product and business decisions.”

This will be your team

“The focus of the platform team is on creating the best possible way for our students and clients to experience our training courses and other content. A platform that is increasingly driving growth by activating users online and enabling them to perform more advanced tasks by themselves. Making sure we’re ready for many more users from all over Europe. We have UX design, front-end and back-end engineers and testing experience on board and are looking to improve our focus on data overall. In order to do that, you’ll be working closely with our marketing team.”

This is what you’ll be doing

In the data field, you’re our pioneer. That means you’ll have to be full stack in order to build the foundation for all our data to come together and turn that data into information and actionable insights. It’s important to gain a profound understanding of our business, so you’ll also be able to gather the data that we’re missing and advise our Director of Product on the usage and improvement of our product.
Once the foundation is there, it’s your responsibility to make sure that all the KPIs and business objectives are measured, interpreted and turned into reports using business intelligence tools.
You’ll be part of the platform team, which means that you’ll be working closely together with developers to make sure that everything we create will always have a data aspect to it. Your job is to measure the impact of product development, but also to keep on improving it together with the team.

You are perfect for this job, because you…
