Specialist Architect (m/f/d) Server/Storage/Cloud

Your responsibility:
In this role as Specialist Architect (m/f/d) Server/Storage/Cloud you will be focusing on cloud migration and keeping “on-prem IT infrastructure” stable and comply with IT standard best practices.
- Develop and organize with external partners cloud migration strategy and manage the adaption process
- Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud
- Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware
- Manage on-prem IT systems such as virtual infrastructure (VMware) and SAN storage (3PAR, NetApp, HPE StoreOnce, others)
Your skills and competences:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
- Scripting language, e.g. BASH, PowerShell, Python, Ruby
- Programming language: Java, Ruby on Rails (develop and deploy application that uses AWS cloud services)
- AWS/AZURE hands-on experience
- Experience with operating systems (OS) such as Windows and LINUX
- Very good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel

Compensation • Attractive remuneration in line with the tariff for the chemical industry (Berlin) + 13th month's salary + holiday pay + performance-related bonus.
