Postie.com is seeking a detail oriented and creative thinking Ruby on Rails engineer to help Postie’s engineering team as we remake the logistics, prediction and measurement of a $30 billion industry.

What You'll Learn, Teach Us, and Implement:
- How to write great Ruby and frontend code. We have stuck with simple frontend tech - we haven't over-engineered our UI.- How to build, scale and maintain production web applications at scale.
- How to leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) for operational machine learning on large data sets. You will need to at least understand how the web application orchestrates our machine learning pipeline.
- Research, present and productize novel solutions in the direct mail and machine learning domain.
- How to be particularly empathetic to the end user.
