We care about programming—its art as well as its science—and are looking for developers who master not only what they build but why and how, and who can articulate options and choices with ease and intelligence.
We are currently seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build a flagship next generation product. You are a strong architect and hands-on developer experienced with C#, .NET Core, WCF, MS SQL Server and have written high throughput systems for various clients. Experience programming natively for cloud or familiarity with migrating applications to the cloud is a must. You can successfully manage up (provide executive level status and clearly communicate in verbal/written form ) and manage down (manage team members by assigning work, supporting them through their development efforts, ensure their well being). The team is distributed across multiple geographies and, therefore, experience working with remote teams is highly preferred.
Programming Skills:
C#, .NET Framework 4.5 and above, .NET Core, Web Development with Javascript, SQL Server, Micro services and service oriented architecture.
Experience:
8-10 years experience overall with recent experience leading a small development team. Must have experience developing software products involving big data.
Experience with Capital Markets is highly preferred.
