M1 Custom Solutions Developer

The Manufacturing Division of ECi is seeking a detail oriented and driven resource to join our growing Customer Success team. As a Services Custom Solutions Consultant, you are responsible for successfully delivering software customizations to M1 customers.
Summary of Position:
The successful candidate will, upon completion of training, ensure delivery of ECI Manufacturing software solutions across a variety of industries. The Consultant will work across all aspects of a project lifecycle from presales to final delivery. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Professional Services industries are highly desirable. Technical skills related to the ECI Manufacturing solutions (JobBOSS, Macola, Max and M1) are also desirable.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide estimates for projects based on client-provided technical and functional requirements
- Define, develop and deliver business automation and reporting solutions for M1 customers
- Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients
- Work with Sales, Project Management, and Technical resources to ensure projects are completed to our quality standards, on time, and within budget
- Learn new product offering and functionality as software updates are released
- Achieve individual billable utilization targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business-related field
- Technical certifications and professional certifications are a plus
- 2 years or more of experience delivering ERP software solutions to manufacturing businesses
- Knowledge of the M1 architecture
- SQL Reporting Services and Crystal Report writing
- Microsoft SQL Server
- API’s
- JSON
- ASP.NET
- VB.NET & C#
- SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
- Must be willing to travel 25%
