Software QA Engineer

As a Software QA Engineer at Finsera, you will collaborate with the product development teams to help define and drive our manual and automation testing efforts. You must be detail oriented, passionate about product quality, and a strong advocate for the end user experience. Specifically, you will:
- Perform manual testing of Finsera application
- Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Review and write test cases to ensure scenarios accurately cover business functionality.
- Execute all components of product testing such as functional, regression, end-to-end testing, performance, and load testing.
- Actively participate in establishing project plans, estimating work, and monitoring progress against milestones.
- Work with Developers and Product Management to understand product requirements and create real-world test cases and use cases.
- Have full responsibilities for testing product components
- Make recommendations to improve product reliability, performance, and quality assurance best practices and processes
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with testing web applications
- Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols
- HTML
- PostgresQL
