High level JS REACT CREATIVE developer to join .net core project

Front end developer required:
Main responsibilities
- To work alongside (virtually) an existing development team (1x front end, and 1x back end / front stack).
- Supervise and allocate work to another front end developer
- The individual must have very good experience on Web Application, as the project is not a website.
- Must follow existing standards, and work under our lead developer.
- Must have a creative eye, and run pass the founder any new creative ideas and design, to then implement, but must be able to development him/herself.
- Take over the design of new screens and implement them with our existing team, using existing brand guidelines and existing application style.
- Help with bug fixes, over the final testing phase
- Must be aware of security and well experienced on best coding practice
- High standards are needed
- Help on integrations to external API systems, such as payments and others
- Must work well under pressure to achieve short deadlines (deadlines starting mid January)
- Must be familiar with DevOps, Boards, Repos, using Pipelines for deployments, and GitHub
- Must be able to work a minimum 7 hour days, 5 days week
- Daily standup required in the morning, and end of day quick completion report (few lines)
- To advise based on experience, best security and design practice a cloud application.
- Project is .net-core, C#, React front end, SQL back end, all in Azure.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Must have React
- Must be creative
- Can work with others
- Aware of security in Software and best practice.
- Strong knowledge of state management
- Strong experience with PWA apps.

Final Note:
We are a startup building an exciting new web PWA application, about to go live and looking for someone to join the team to help us get through the line and the following 6-12 months at least.
We need someone to take the lead on design and front end dev, with excellent dev skills, ability to supervisor another member of team, and release the CEO from design and implementation.
