Senior Frontend Developer (m/f/d)

Skoobe is currently looking for a talented and experienced frontend developer with strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST, responsive web design, building management and UI testing tools for our office in Munich, Germany. You are able to apply your technical skills that you have acquired over many years (5+) effectively and you have great communication skills to advance our projects together with Skoobe’s project managers, designers and the back-end team.
Tasks
- Work as a part of our front-end team and be responsible for diverse and challenging front-end development efforts
- Implement robust front-ends for mobile and web
- Think about security, performance, caching and SEO
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing and writing web front-end applications
- Extensive development experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6/7)
- Good knowledge of back-end web interface in REST
- Extensive knowledge of build tools like grunt, gulp or web-pack.
- Extensive knowledge of UI testing tools like Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, Jest
- Experience with Docker is a plus
- You are smart, adaptive and resourceful in finding good and practical solutions
- You are a good communicator
- You feel comfortable in an English-speaking work environment
