Key Role:
Support day-to-day operations focused on building a next generation automated malware analysis system. Apply advanced consulting and technical expertise and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Engage with multiple functional groups to comprehend client challenges, prototype new ideas and new technologies, and help to create solutions to drive the next wave of innovation. Interact with system administrators on the installation of software applications, develop training materials, mentor junior team members, guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, conduct feasibility studies, as required, and estimate resource requirements for software tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with software engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis or resolution
-6+ years of experience in developing software with Java and other high-level languages, including Python -5+ years of experience with developing software to be deployed to UNIX and Linux using tools, including Ansible, Puppet, or Bash
-3+ years of experience with software integration and software testing, including developing and implementing test plans and test scripts
-Experience with scripted languages, including Python and developing Restful services and the requirements analysis and design of one or more object-oriented systems
-Experience with developing solutions integrating and extending FOSS and COTS products and technical writing, including generating technical documents in support of a software development project
-Experience with deploying applications in a cloud environment Big-Data Cloud Scalability
-Ability to work with OpenSource and NoSQL products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs, including Hbase, CloudBase and Acumulo, Big Table, and MongoDB
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the Map Reduce programming model and technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, or Pig
-Experience with designing and developing automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms
-Experience with developing and deploying data driven analytics, event driven analytics, or sets of analytics orchestrated through rules engines
-Experience with documenting ontologies, data models, schemas, formats, data element dictionaries, software application program interfaces, and other technical specifications
-Experience with developing and deploying analytics in a heterogeneous schema environment
-Experience in working with analytic frameworks, including Jupyter, pandas, or numpy
-Experience with developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML models using tools, including Tensorflow, scikit-learn, or keras
-BA or BS degree
-Certified Hadoop or Cloud Developer Certification
