Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Volders, you'll join our marketing team as the spokesperson for all data related topics. You'll take over our existing BI infrastructure, own our reporting landscape, and challenge the status quo. Are you curious about your mission? Provide data insights for our business decisions, and a reliable and efficient framework for our reporting structure to stakeholders.To achieve our BI mission, you'll work on these projects:
- Implement a structured process to request and deliver on ad hoc analytics requests of our different departments
- Improve our BI infrastructure to unify our data model and data accessibility
- Achieve a quality control setup for our existing reporting landscape
- Develop a framework for forecasting and simulation of business decisions
- Deliver on new ad hoc analytics requests by management or different departments
- Explorative analysis of our business performance to improve profitability
What you'll bring to the table:
- University Degree a related field, e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics
- 3+ years' experience working with Data or Web Analytics, preferably in a larger team
- Proficiency in SQL and excellent knowledge of relational database structures
- Experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview)
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization strategies and tools
- Experience in data modeling, analysis, forecasting, and simulation
- Advanced technical understanding of modern data infrastructures ETL processes
- Good analytical mindset, ability to present actionable insights quickly
- Combined with great attention to detail
