Lead the architecture of our growing global low-latency WebRTC platform for millions of simultaneous users
Attract & retain world-class engineering talent
Ensure your teams are aligned, performant and predictable in their output by constantly improving, evaluating, and monitoring dev/QA processes
Foster and nurture a culture of transparency and trust in the engineering teams
Lead and mentor a group of engineering managers
See that every team member develops both technically and personally via 1-on-1s, mentoring and coaching

Proven track record of managing & scaling product engineering teams up to 30x people in a high-growth startup
Proven track record of ensuring a consistent and predictable high-quality output of satisfied teams
Excellent people management, communication, team leading and interviewing skills
You’re a strong leader with a focus on business impact
Know the latest state of technology and what we can do with it
Experience in JavaScript and one or more programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Go, Rust, Python, Java)
Experience across the full JS-based stack (both Node.JS and ReactJS)
Ideally, you have experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, WebRTC, WebGL, Redis, CI/CD
