CentOS System Administrator - Remote

ClickMagick provides tools that allow small businesses to track, test and optimize all their online marketing activities, all in one place, with industry-leading features normally reserved for 'the big guys.' Founded in 2014, with many thousands of customers, we're still a small but extremely passionate team on a mission. 

As our primary sysadmin you'll be doing anything and everything possible to maintain and improve our relatively simple infrastructure, and the 99.9997% uptime we've seen over the past 7 years.An example of something you might work on, which we're in the middle of now, is migrating our frontends from OpenResty to HAProxy for example.We're not on the bleeding edge and overall there will be a good bit of maintenance and housekeeping, at least in the short term, but on the other hand we're not constantly running around putting out fires either.You won't be under constant pressure, there won't be endless deadlines to meet, you'll almost never hear from pagerduty, and relatively speaking this is a very laid-back and low stress gig.You'll also be supported by at least two other people on the team, so you'll only be on call 1/3rd of the time, on a schedule to be determined once you join the team.What you'll be working with:You should have at least mid-level experience with most of the things below, and be willing to level up ASAP in any of the areas where you're not yet there.CentOS 7Apachemod_perlMySQLNginx/OpenRestyHAProxyAnsibleOpenVPNcheckmkGit/githubWho we're looking for:Your work will be crucial to the continued success of ClickMagick, and we're looking for someone who wants to participate in the growth and success of a great SaaS business where your work really matters.Ideally you should have experience working remotely with a small team, and be eagerly looking to do more of that.
