to join their growing team. The organization is currently in the middle of a Salesforce Implementation and are need of a Technical Salesforce SME for their team. In the short term, the goal will be focused around Salesforce Service Cloud. Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop the Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Partner with the non-technical teams
  • Support software developers who aren't well versed in Salesforce on the implementation
  • Mentor a team of about 3-5 Platform Developers
  • Work closely with senior leaders of the business in addition to the product management team
  • Provide support when it comes to bug fixing and identifying production issues
Requirements:
  • Min of 5+ Years of experience in Salesforce Development
  • Strong development experience with Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce APIs
  • Prior experience with JAVA is key
  • Strong understanding and working experience with workflows, reports and dashboards
  • Experience working with Databases; using SQL/SOQL
  • Architecture experience is ideal
Certifications - preferred:
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
