So in this job, instead of selling goods and services, you will be convincing your prospects that our clients' websites are worth linking to. [Spoiler: they are.]
Although that is likely to be new to you, it is not very different from other sales jobs. You will still have prospects, a system for approaching them, a sales target, and performance incentives.

Our prospects are websites and there is a lot of easily accessible information about them. So we can be really picky about who we target.
And the best part is that a large part of the work can be automated. Even the first message to each of your prospects will be sent in bulk.
That means you will only interact one-to-one with site owners who have shown interest in what we have to offer.
At that point, no sleaziness is required. You just have to find a solution that works for them and for us... which is one of the most satisfying aspects of working in sales.
2. No Unrealistic Quotas
This one is simple. We offer a premium service so we want our team to be top-notch.
We can only attract the best talent if we offer conditions they will enjoy working in. Unrealistic quotas suck so we don't force them on our team.
For this role, you will get a $1,200/mo fixed salary plus bonuses for every single link you build. An average performer on our team can expect to bring home about $1,800 each month.
If you can build even more links we'll be happy to pay you more.

Here’s What We Expect From You
- You have significant experience with cold sales and/or email outreach
- You have meaningful experience with persuasive writing
- You’re efficient and can handle large volumes of emails (on an average day you'll have to respond to about 50 emails)
- You’re generally web savvy
- You pay close attention to details and are organised, reliable, and communicative
