Join Ecologi as a Senior Digital Designer ✏️We are looking for a brilliant senior designer with 8+ years of experience to put their skills to good use. If you’re passionate about restoring nature and have a great eye for design this could be the job for you.
Role overview
We are looking for a candidate with a natural eye for colour, typography and layout. You will be confident working across multiple digital platforms from product design (UX and UI) to creating social assets. We are a small design team and you will be helping in the day to day shaping of the Ecologi brand. We’re taking the organisation to the next level and are looking for someone who works well in a team, who is confident in bringing ideas to the table and equally happy to get stuck in and self-motivate. We’re looking for someone who can take a brief and deliver, but who is always thinking about how to add more value.
As a senior member of the design team you’ll need to be confident line managing and mentoring juniors, although for much of this year we’ll be looking at keeping to a tight-knit experienced team.
Ecologi is based in Bristol, and whilst this is primarily a remote role we would want to see you face to face at least once a month, so being less than a few hours away by train is important.We are an ambitious, dedicated and optimistic team who believe we can restore our planet, together. Your responsibilities
- Helping shape the UX and UI on the Ecologi product and marketing platform
- Social and Ad asset creation
- Help upkeep of brand guidelines
- Working on the brand and design system
Skills needed for this role
- Creative thinker
- Problem solver
- Self starter
- Experience as lead/senior on a modern, complex product
- High quality UI and UX experience
- Figma (expert level experience would be a preference)
- Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Great communicator

Location - UK
The role is remote, but we’d like to see you in Bristol at least once a month, so we’re looking for a UK based individual.Salary
£45 - £55k depending on experience
