THE CHALLENGE WE HAVE FOR YOU:
- Our software organization is distributed with teams in Hamburg and Valencia.
- As a Scrum Master you will work together with teams on both locations watching over our scrum process and nurturing teamwork across all teams.
- You will coordinate and facilitate the agile sprints, retrospectives and sprint reviews, as well as supporting the teams in their agile work.
- You will help the teams self-organize themselves. Additionally, you will foster transparency and feedback culture in the organization.
- You will be responsible to identify, address and solve structural, process-related and social dysfunctions in the teams.
- You will step in and moderate any conflict both within a team as well as between teams.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or as an Agile Coach.
- Your experience is primarily in a digital company.
- You have knowledge of additional agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean or XP.
- You are an excellent communicator with proficiency in English.
- Self-organized and well-structured working style with an eye for the details
- You are an empathetic person and value social interactions more than the mere processes.
- German language skills are a plus.

WHAT WE DO AT COMOSOFT
Our software LAGO helps retail, logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing and food retail companies create their optimal marketing visuals, which leads to a reduced amount of irrelevant advertising for the consumers. Our central data-management system (PIM) allows our customers to organize and connect together all their sales channels, e.g. print, e-commerce, mobile or point of sale. As a result, using LAGO, the companies are well prepared for the even bigger growing individualization in marketing.
