Sr Level Dev looking for full time position in well Established Company that is Growing FAST !

 We are an e-commerce site that has been established for 10 years.   Our company is expanding fast and with new products, new ideas and new teams comes lots of new Dev work.   We are looking to hire the best candidate with the goal of working together long term.  Our team is fun, energetic, easy to work with and all experts in there field.   The ideal person would not just build out our future dreams but help us see efficiency problems and continue to better the current system we have in place. We are looking for someone who is capable of solving problems and finding solutions.    This will be Sr role and will head its divison.  During the first three month probation, there will mentorship and assistance under a Sr dev who built all the current system. The right person if selected will have opportunity for benefits and potentially ESOP if we feel there a great fit. HiringLooking to hire a full-stack Rails/PHP engineer.  55- 75,000k CAD depending on skills during three month trial.  Full time salary can be negotiated after the trail. Skills will match the pay. The company runs a marketing site and roster of custom tattoo design artists and was funded on Dragon's Den.
