Product Manager, Mobile

BitPay is building blockchain payment technology that is transforming how businesses and people send, receive, and store money. We're growing fast and we are seeking a Product Manager to oversee and own the full product lifecycle of the mobile product portfolio for BitPay. Your work will include gathering input and feature requests from BitPay customers, internal stakeholders, and the overall market, as well as hypothesizing, testing, and iterating products that millions of people use.
Requirements:
- Work within an autonomous engineering/design/product team and own the full lifecycle of various B2B and B2C products
- Perform market research and analysis
- Responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution and iteration
- Monitor user cohorts and optimize user experiences and engagement
- Own and refine your product backlog to account for small, medium, and large releases
- Help document product flow, manage releases and track the performance of products in market
- Own product outcomes outcomes outcomes
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years experience in a product owner and/or product manager role
- Prior knowledge and experience in successfully delivering mobile apps
- Experience with mobile user acquisition optimization and attribution tracking
- Technical understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Built products by collaborating across engineering, marketing, design, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with daily, weekly, monthly, and multi-month product lifecycle releases
- Proficient with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Kibana, MongoDB
- Passion and ambition for driving positive change in the world
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing mobile products
- Experience with mobile wallets or crypto apps a plus
- Prior crypto industry experience
- Experience in payments industry
