We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join the US Acquiring team, based out of Atlanta, as a part of the Global Payment Processing unit of Paysafe. The US Acquiring teams owns the platform that includes merchant onboarding, customer portal, back office, and multiple customer APIs and backend services. This team is responsible for building the product suite capabilities used by over 100K customers as well as building and enhancing connections to backend payment processors, gateways, vendors, and APIs.
Your responsibilities include:
-Working on an agile team to develop automated test scripts as well perform manual testing
-Helping to drive the team forward in quality engineering disciplines and practices
-Analyzing business requirements, developing, and maintaining automated test cases that ensure adequate test coverage for Web applications, APIs, and backend services
-Facilitating and prioritizing resolution of defects, and tracking through retest to closure
-Collaborating with team to help ensure highest standards of quality at all stages of development life cycle
-Defining and tracking quality KPIs and metrics
You have:
-7+ years of experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems
-3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium
-Strong practical experience in implementing tests that require an understanding of application logic
-Experience working with relational databases and strong knowledge in SQL scripts
-Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills
-A bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience
