Our mission at Farmstead is to make fresh, high-quality food accessible to everyone. We’re a new delivery-only grocer that’s re-inventing grocery from the ground up. We focus on mid-market customers (think Safeway, Kroger, etc) and bring them a best-in-class grocery product experience right to their doorsteps, even in areas traditionally underserved by supermarket chains. We accomplish this by writing consumer-facing and operations orchestration code that allows us to be highly efficient relative to legacy supermarkets.
As of April 2021 we are growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced Mobile PM to ship Farmstead's first Android & iOS apps.Â
This is a remote position.

You are a metrics-led decision maker who’s not afraid to take a leap of faith when necessary. — especially when you know you'll deliver the right experience for the customer. You thrive working on difficult problems in complex systems, and you’re able to make progress on multiple projects at once without being overwhelmed. You collaborate effectively with a wide variety of job types and communication styles, and you think through the impact of each decision on every area of our business.Â
You've led mobile iOS & Android teams to ship apps that users love. You can pull together great design with flawless execution to deliver a mobile experience that's beautiful, engaging and fast. You know that it may take many iterations and experiments to get the experience just right for customers. You stay flexible and help keep the team moving forward by staying positive and making sure we’re always working on the most impactful things first.
Requirements
- Solid technical background
- You've shipped excellent Android & iOS apps with a focus on growth.
- Strong eye for user experience & design
- Experience running data-led experiments and tracking results
- Strong prioritization skillsÂ
- Obsession with data integrity and getting accurate feedback
- Willingness to take defensible risks
- Considerate team player
