About You
You will be responsible for parsing analytics from web and/or mobile apps and deriving business insight that can be used on our projects or for our clients’ benefit.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering reports, dashboards and analysis to the client and being a proactive specialist who will work with stakeholders and product strategists to determine the insights that could best drive business value and sync with the goals at large.
You have worked with remote, globally distributed teams of engineers, designers, QA, etc. focused on delivering mobile and web applications. Your primary focus will be to work directly with the client to develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics plans. You will use business drivers to help clients map out goals using KPIs, OKRs, user funnels and key insights. You will be customizing Google Analytics to optimize data measurement and analysis and assembling dashboards for real-time analysis that matches goals. You love to design and build reports that provide essential, digestible and actionable data and visuals derived from the data and to apply statistics and data modelling to gain actionable insights.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills are needed. You’re experienced with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban. Strong communication and relationship management is second nature to you. The ability to quickly learn and understand specific client processes is essential and also identify opportunities and obstacles to ensure customer success. Deliver comprehensive deliverables to empower our clients to move the needle from data to action. It is required for you to have experience working as a digital/web analyst or Google Analytics analyst and to have experience with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
You have solid organizational and administrative skills, including multi-tasking and time-management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
You love learning. Data Analytics is an ever-evolving world. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.
Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST morning hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
