Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle including extensive new feature development
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code for web applications
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software development experience
- 3+ years as a technical leader
- Experience with modern scripting languages (TypesScript/JavaScript)
- Experience in API development and integration ideally with Node/GraphQL
- Strong cloud/serverless background ideally with AWS Lambda/API Gateway
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- AWS certification
