The Business Development Representative (BDR) position is a full time Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30pm PT) remote opportunity at Advisor Websites, a software company recognized as one BC's fastest companies by Business in Vancouver.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads that suit our products and fit within our ideal client personas
  • Find and speak with decision makers via email and phone
  • Build rapport quickly, within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email
  • Use a customer relationship management tool (Hubspot) to track leads and demos within the pipeline
  • Use a data management & prospecting tool (Discovery Data) to seek prospective customers
  • Identify which prospects aren’t likely to buy and those that are likely to purchase in the near future
  • Setup qualified appointments for the Account Executives
  • Maintain relationships with new accounts in order to retain their business and possibly earn referrals
  • Work with the rest of the sales team to create an environment of teamwork and meeting goals
  • Work with the sales manager to develop yourself and become an expert in your role
About You:
  • Educational background in Marketing, Sales, or Business  (or related field)
  • Incredible verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player that will work with others to reach a larger goal
  • Teachable and able to take and implement constructive criticism
  • Ability to learn and use new technology in a relatively quick manner with instruction
  • Fantastic organizational skills to keep contacts and schedules perfectly in order
