UI (And A Bit Of UX) Designer

Hello! And thanks for taking the time to check out our UI Designer position.
We are building 'Views' (www.views.art) - an iOS and web application to help art dealers and collectors source and sell artworks through their networks. Views is primarily an inventory management system, although the main value we deliver users comes from their ability to share their collectables to other Views users. We are working on finally bringing the art industry online, and have plans to become the platform through which a significant proportion of the world’s art transactions occur.
We are looking for an amazing designer to help us define our look & feel, and implement it across our iOS & web apps, and also our marketing site.There's going to be quite a bit of product development exposure, so interest in UX design would be helpful. You will be working directly with out product manager and executive team trying to understand user experience, brainstorming ideas and making designs to bring Views to the next level. Given we're building a product for the art industry we're aiming to build something visually beautiful and easy to use. We like what we currently have, but there's definitely room for improvement.
Desired skills- Figma (if you used similar design software in the past the experience should transfer)
