We are Pixellu, a software company on a mission to simplify professional photographers’ lives. We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team for a 12-month period to help us with a project. There is a possibility to stay on permanently after the project ends and grow into other positions within the company.

Pixellu was co-founded in 2010 by two wedding photographers. Faced with the challenges of long hours and endless tasks, we began asking ourselves, “How can we save valuable time, make more money, and get our lives back?” Our answer was technology. We started Pixellu with the idea that we could make money by providing an honest service that helped photographers save time and live more fulfilling lives. We believed that, by focusing on a great product and great service, we could build a business that not only does good, but also does well.

💻 ABOUT THE JOB
Our album design software, SmartAlbums, allows our customers to design photo albums with hundreds of different print labs from all over the world. In order to support a print lab in our software, our team must gather the measurements of each individual photo album that a lab offers and add the measurements to our software. This is where you come in.
The day-to-day responsibility will be to help our team gather measurements from Adobe Photoshop (PSD) files and log them into spreadsheets. The end result will mean new printing labs to choose from in SmartAlbums, adding great value to our customers!
Note: This is an entry-level position that does not require past experience or a college degree.
📗 REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English.
- Great attention to detail.
- Must have your own computer and a good internet connection.
- Must understand information architecture and spreadsheets (what ties into what, etc.).
Not required but experience with Photoshop and other Adobe products is favorable.
