Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a technical project manager to join our remote team.
The main responsibilities of the project manager will be around coordinating product launches with product and marketing teams.
This is a full time and remote contractor role. Part time (100 hrs+ / month) may also be acceptable if the work schedule allows for overlap with our teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years as project manager in tech companies / for tech products
- Experience launching tech products, proven by examples
- Experience working with product teams, development teams, marketing teams
- Very good understanding and hands-on experience on how a tech product marketing campaign / activities should look like; able to schedule all these activities for an optimal launch
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- High level of emotional intelligence to allow for smooth communication with various teams and to facilitate conflict resolution
- Ownership and urgency - take ownership of a project and run with it
- Self motivated to deliver in a no-micromanagement environment
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with full autonomy
- Ability to adapt to our ways of working and methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Able to overlap with GMT+7 - GMT+2 business hours
Nice to have
- Remote working experience
- Experience working with blockchain / crypto / NFT products or interest in crypto space
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product launches
- Set dates for launches with the teams and ensure they are met
- Coordinate marketing activities around product launches
- Work cross-functionally between product and marketing teams
- Participate and contribute to product planning meetings
- Ensure on time product delivery
- Support the marketing efforts by proactively providing regular product updates and content
