Club CarWash is looking to add a Sales Representative to our Team! We are quickly expanding across the Southeast which means there is plenty of opportunity for growth! We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to contribute to a fun atmosphere while making an hourly wage and commissions on top! We strive to be fast, clean and loved, everywhere. We value our team members and realize that if we love them, our customers will love us. Together we help hundreds of customers a day and enjoy a fun atmosphere while working outdoors!

Our Sales Rep. Team Members:
- Communicate effectively and are people persons
- Promote Wash Clubs, Fast Passes and services that will benefit our customers
- Are highly energetic, have a positive attitude and are goal oriented
- Smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
- Have a high level of initiative, a tenacious work ethic and a passion for customer service
- Are able to work various hours, weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
