Inspection Coordinator
OVERVIEW
The Inspection Coordinator role assures jobs are appropriately assigned in Zenbooker and provided to the Vehicle Inspector calendar, as well as providing post inspection follow up regarding payment and support. Coordinators will work with other Coordinators and Vehicle Inspectors in an online environment to provide excellent customer service. Having live interaction with rideshare drivers, those with good customer service skills, ability to multitask and can learn quickly will excel in the Inspection Coordinator role.

RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service
  • Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to incoming conversations via text, phone and email
  • Communicate effectively with driver regarding any pre qualification and completion of inspection, along with any issues
Zenbooker assignments
  • Manually and evenly assign jobs to Vehicle Inspector and place in appropriate time slot on Google calendar
  •  Communicate as needed with Vehicle Inspector regarding immediate jobs or appt inquiries
Post Inspection Duties
●Send invoice to passing drivers or failure reasons to failed inspections
  • Update jobs with payment/failure reason
  • Verify inspection forms were sent with receipt
  •  Handwrite and manually send inspection forms as necessary
  • Keep support@ridesharemechanic.com inbox organized and up to date
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
  • Able to multitask with attention to detail
  •  Customer service experience
  •  Good with technology
  • Able to work alongside team members in an online environment
  • Coordinators must have their own computer and strong wifi service
DESIRED IMPACT
  • Successfully confirm drivers are informed and ready for their vehicle inspection
  • Appointments are appropriately assigned to assure a smooth experience for the driver
  •  Provide answers outside of the canned response, learned from conversation experience
  •  Customer inquiries are taken care of for a pleasant customer experience
SAMPLE WEEK IN THE LIFE
  •  Tuesday: Monthly team meetings
  •  Wednesday: Submit 15five for review by Manager bi-weekly
  •  Scheduled Days: Each scheduled shift, the Inspection Coordinator will log in toZenbooker and Google calendar. Inspection Inspection Coordinator will appropriatelyassign ZB jobs and provide post inspection follow up with the driver.

SCHEDULE / WORK LOCATION
  •  Full/part time remote position

Reports to Director of Customer OperationsCompensation: $14/hr
