Salesforce Administrator

Ability to communicate and closely work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with process improvement and project management
Deep understanding of Salesforce
Willingness to cross-train on other business application systems (ERP, BPM)
Three or more years of Salesforce/Service Cloud administration experience
At least one year of experience with Confluence
Content management experience
B.S. degree or higher (preferred)
Must currently reside in the United States
Ability to work during PT hours
