Community Lead

Role:We’re looking for a Community Lead to create, own and execute the community building here at Stamped.io. This means producing content on the audio/visual side (Webinars/podcasts and online events) and building our brand through community (forums, social media, slack community) 
You will need to have a firm grasp of current community building trends in the SaaS space (ideally in the Ecommerce space) and work closely with internal and external content writers and our demand generation specialist to track, monitor and exceed KPI’s for our brand. 
You need to be familiar with Social Media Management best practices and relevant tools for efficient growth in these areas.
Responsibilities
  1. Establish Stamped’s tone and voice, ensuring consistency across all channels, including content production and social media. 
  2. Create and execute a strategy for building our Social Media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin etc). 
  3. Content production in the following categories for acquisition:, Webinars, Podcasts, Virtual events etc and other community based initiatives that we’ll develop together!
  4. Develop a strategic editorial calendar tied to organic growth goals, balancing brand-building with direct response.
  5. Maintain a regular publication cadence and own the end-to-end content development process (from initial outline to publication).
About you
  1. You love all things community. Social media and public brand work is your forté. 
  2. You are a clear and efficient communicator. You represent our brand, and we need you to own the public relationship with our current and potential merchants. 
  3. Experience managing and growing Social Media channels with proven results. You know how to manage run and test campaigns across all relevant platforms. 
  4. You love learning and working in an environment where we hold each other to high standards. 
  5. You have an understanding of content productions, how different channels work together, and how they can support broader marketing and company initiatives. If you are don’t have deep knowledge of a certain area, you’ll jump in and figure it out!
  6. Well-organized, meticulous attention to detail, and able to drive multiple projects forward at once.
  7. You are output oriented and can work well with little supervision.
