Skuad is looking to hire a Knowledge Management expert to enable global operations. This role requires expertise in collecting, distributing and reviewing global knowledge repositories related to employment of the record (EOR) business operations. 
Summary of responsibilities:
The role will work with a global team to maintain, update, and enhance the content of databases/repositories used by various functions - Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Partnerships and Operations.
  • Contribute to the centralized Knowledge-base of materials used globally. Maintaining the quality and relevancy of content included within the firm’s knowledge infrastructure.
  • Partner, develop and manage relationships with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts to ensure that all Knowledge-base materials are accurate and appropriate.
  • Ensure that information in the repositories  is current, accurate and consistent 
  • Proactively write, edit, develop and improve knowledge repository
  • Actively promote the use of the centralised Knowledge-base 
  • Act as a primary contact point for EOR business operations related queries
Desired Profile:
  • Professionals with 8+ years of experience in Knowledge Management
  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management, Content Management and related activities 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage tight schedules and deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc required. Proficiency in Notion, Airtable and other collaborative tools is a plus.
  • Proven track record to engage stakeholders from across the business and form effective working relationships; requires strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
  • High energy with ability to deal with ambiguity
  • MBA or Postgraduate in English Language, Mass Communication or, Information Systems
