About the Role
  • You will work with a global team to maintain, update, and enhance the content of databases/repositories used by various functions - Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Partnerships and Operations.
  • Contribute to the centralised Knowledge-base of materials used globally. Maintaining the quality and relevancy of content included within the firm’s knowledge infrastructure.
  • Partner, develop and manage relationships with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts to ensure that all Knowledge-base materials are accurate and appropriate.
  • Ensure that information in the repositories  is current, accurate and consistent 
  • Proactively write, edit, develop and improve knowledge repository
  • Actively promote the use of the centralised Knowledge-base 
  • Act as a primary contact point for EOR business operations related queries
Ideal Candidate
  • Professionals with 8+ years of experience in Knowledge Management
  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management, Content Management and related activities 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage tight schedules and deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc required. Proficiency in Notion, Airtable and other collaborative tools is a plus.
  • Proven track record to engage stakeholders from across the business and form effective working relationships; requires strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
  • High energy with ability to deal with ambiguity
  • MBA or Postgraduate in English Language, Mass Communication or Information Systems
