We are hiring an Instructor Recruiting Specialist to help us reach more instructors and students worldwide. We are looking for a mission-driven person looking for a fulfilling job that makes a real impact on kids. You will report directly to the Instructor Team Manager and be responsible for working independently on a daily basis to achieve our overall business outcomes. 
 
This position is permanently remote and open to anyone authorized to work and living in the United States.RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Oversee weekly and monthly hiring targets across multiple job roles
  • Monitor performance and task completion of a team of individuals who assist with the hiring process. This team is responsible for tasks like top of funnel outreach to candidates, candidate communications, new employee background screening and onboarding, and management of our recruitment software platforms
  • Pivot quickly if another team member is out, including finding someone to cover their responsibilities relating to the processes you manage, and willingness to step in to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Learn existing company recruitment/onboarding processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Build out new processes based on company and team goals 
  • Communicate with current and potential employees about rules and regulations relating to job roles, including legal and HR compliance. This requires a basic understanding of the difference between a 1099 contractor and a W2 employee
  • Represent Juni professionally with parents, students, external organizations, and within the team. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with or openness to learn how to use new software platforms - Juni uses Fountain, Lever, Rippling, and Acuity. It’s okay if you don’t have experience with these particular platforms, but need the ability to learn new software 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented. You love spreadsheets and checking off items in a todo list
  • Quick response time with internal and external communications
  • Experience monitoring the performance of employees, whether as a manager, team lead, or similar role
  • Experience shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and control.
  • Strong ethical and honest approach.
  • Located in the US, work authorization in the US

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years experience in education, recruitment, or operations working with SaaS, education, or consumer products
