What you’ll be working on as our Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our software and driving our expansion in the North American market. Your customer segments will be mid-market and enterprise organizations.
This is what you’ll focus upon at Filestage:
  • You will manage the complete deal life cycle from prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation and closing deals. You enjoy seeing things through from scratch and are proud of your achievements
  • You will actively build your pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment ( both Outbound + Inbound)
  • You will act as a company ambassador by promoting Filestage at every opportunity you can and show your belief and knowledge of Filestage as a product during conversations and demonstrations with potential customers.
  • You will consult companies, analyse and optimize their approval workflows. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and their workflows, map custom workflows for them and show them how to optimize their workflows by using Filestage.
  • You will work hand in hand with our Customer Success Team. You’ll ensure a smooth handover and onboarding of your new customers, and do everything you can to make things as easy as possible for them.
  • You will be our ear to the market and use your insights to help us improve our product and product communication. You’ll share your insights from your customer conversations with product and marketing.

What you’ll bring to the role

You have at least 3 years of successful sales experience in B2B SaaS or IT consulting. Now you’re looking for a new and exciting challenge that has a huge (and positive) impact on the way people work.

  • You combine a passion for software workflows, consulting and sales. You are proficient in understanding the software needs of the mid-market and enterprise organizations segment. You know how to guide a lead through a software buying process, design solutions for them and convert them into happy customers. Most importantly, you love what you do and you enjoy selling!
  • You are indefatigable and never give up. You pick yourself up if a deal doesn’t work out and move on to the next one, exercising all avenues and possibilities available to close deals.
  • You’re a goal getter with business acumen. You don’t give up until you’ve reached your ambitious targets. You’re naturally curious and always looking for additional opportunities to build a sustainable business.
  • You are an active listener and a great communicator. You know how to guide customer conversations by asking the right questions. You can align different stakeholders in an organization and can present a software product in a way that resonates with your target audience.
  • You are a remote working advocate. You see the benefits of working remotely, understand the challenges and enjoy the benefits that it brings.
  • You speak fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
