The Role
In this role you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for elevating and maintaining the consistency of our brand.
In this role, you will:
- Elevate the quality of Bankjoy’s visual designs across all channels including web, social media, email, and print.
- Create a seamless, consistent visual design across all channels above.
- Design, develop, and maintain a world-class visual brand for Bankoy across all channels that lives up to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with various teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales to determine appropriate content and creativity.
- Contribute in strategic planning to align design with business goals.
- Digest and implement design feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Partner with the front-end developers to export assets for mobile, web, and print.
- Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to successfully and efficiently meet the deliverable requirements of a project.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of working knowledge of cross platform design including mobile, tablet, mobile-responsive web.
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, and motion.
- Experience in leading and communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.
- Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
- Have a strong understanding of the latest design tools, concepts, and technologies.
- Ability to identify overarching digital design issues and opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and come up with ideas that are relevant and enticing.
- Proven experience creating designs that impacts user engagement and website conversions.
