Conjoint.ly offers a powerful and intuitive platform and expert support for insights about markets, customers, product, and pricing questions. We are an Australian-headquartered provider of quantitative research services to big and small companies (mostly in the USA and Europe). Through automation, we increase efficiency for our clients, but maintain a human connection and high research quality. As we grow (in the number of products that we offer and in clients' awareness of us), we need passionate salespeople, researchers, software developers, and other team members to join us for remote roles.
We are looking to build a team of talented junior salespeople who want to excel in their business development career not just locally, but globally. Once onboarded with us, you will undergo a series of in-house and external professional training sessions on our products as well as business acumen skills before you are put to the field for the sales hunt.
You will also be evaluated consistently and working alongside our leadership team for the first 6 months. This role is ideal for junior, but very hungry salespeople who want to achieve and exceed sales targets and earn an uncapped commission.
A top performer from the team will be selected to lead his/her fellow cohort as a Team Leader.
You will focus on
  • Driving new outbound business, with aim to exceed revenue and profit quotas, generating a pipeline of sales;
  • Becoming an expert of Conjoint.ly's products and application of Conjoint.ly's solutions in supporting clients' research objectives;
  • Selling Conjoint.ly's license for our automated tools for pricing and product focused research to our clients;
  • Creating innovative ways of sourcing for new business & partnership opportunities, action plans and possible sales leads;
  • Creating a methodical, results-driven approach for partner outreach and relationship management;
  • Collaborating with senior management and marketing team to align Conjoint.ly's internal goals with new and existing partnership;
  • Preparing costing and quotations for clients;
  • Negotiating and finalising deals in accordance with Conjoint.ly's contract guidelines and policies;
  • Delivering great experience to our partners working with our organization - you will be acting as our brand ambassador and be our partners' liaison.
Requirements
  • You must have excellent command of English. A second language will be an additional advantage.
  • You need to be a hungry salesperson, determined to make sales. This role offers an uncapped commission structure, which means the more you sell, the more you earn. It is not simply about meeting a sales quota. You need to want to exceed the quota and your own expectations.
  • You can be located in any time zone, but you need to be available for daily sales stand-ups (2 p.m. Sydney, Australia time).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Business / Management / Marketing / Mathematics / Statistics / Psychology or in the related field
  • 1 year of working experience in outbound sales
  • Ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously with a team and building relationships
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Successful candidates will be given a 6 months contract, with the opportunity to be converted into a permanent employee upon achieving sales target
  • Fixed monthly base salary of AUD 2,000 + on-target minimum monthly bonus: AUD 1,500. Uncapped generous commission
