Lucyd Media offers creative advertising to companies in the CBD/Cannabis space that maintain a socially conscious mission. We are looking for a creative advertising designer to design still and motion social media ads for our DTC clients. 
As the Creative Coordinator at Lucyd, you will support and lead the creative team on the day-to-day execution of ad creation and delivery. In this role, you will lead and direct the creative team, as well as work closely with cross-functional team members such as Program Managers and Media Buyers.This position is front-and-center in the strategy, creation, development, and execution of all Lucyd’s advertisements. The right person for this role is energized by working in a fast-paced creative environment and possesses a strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while prioritizing and following through on vital projects.This person should have a robust attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Providing creative ad direction for designers and investors
  • Manage the day-to-day ad routing and review processes among creatives, program managers, investors, leadership, and others.
  • Lead creative kickoffs meetings and collect, maintain, organize, and distribute creative assets and folders.
  • Track project status and monitor deadlines; manage expectations and promptly communicate and solve issues (escalating, if needed).
  • Coordinate and process new ad request as well as any further revisions.
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and distribute next steps as needed.
  • Provide compliance guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and ideate new ads and concepts to pitch to investors
  • Analyze, track, and digest which ad creatives are performing for investors.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in communications, editorial, marketing, or a related area.
Possess excellent:
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Communication skills, verbal and written
  • Technical and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and oversee Quality Assurance
  • Experience in creative management, production, or a related area.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coursework in project management, production management, organizational management, or related field.
  • Experience creating and updating content for websites, newsletters, blogs, video, and/or social.
  • Experience working with: project management tools (for example, Monday, Notion, Slack, Google Suites)
  • Familiarity with the health and wellness industry, creative development, and advertising
