We're a fully remote, growth stage start-up. We are looking for an ambitious, focused and thoughtful individual to join our team, and take the lead on our outbound strategy.
As well as running our outbound campaigns, you'll be responding to inbound leads from our website - all with the aim of booking meetings for our Head of Sales and CEO.
Our target market is the Professional Services sector and we deal with some of the largest enterprises in the world. There's no cold calling. Everything is done by email.
We'll be looking for you to run campaigns, analyze results, make suggestions and implement ideas to increase conversions. Clear written communication, a collaborative approach, and a focus on results are a must.

  • Build and run outbound email sales campaigns to target new prospects, generate leads, and expand our footprint within our existing client base
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns on a quarterly basis
  • Manage responses from demand generation exercises and other marketing activity by phone, email, and Zoomforth's social networks
  • When relevant, educate leads on the product and demonstrate its viability as a potential solution
  • Identify key influencers and decision-makers within prospect firms, across many different departments
  • Engage with prospects to discover their business needs and explore how we might best support them, before passing qualified leads to our sales and success teams
  • Maintain data integrity and use data to analyze results and refine your approach
  • Review existing lead generation processes and propose process enhancements to accelerate sales cycles
Skills & experience
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Track record of achieving strong lead conversion rates
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Outreach would be a bonus
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Native English speaker
  • Customer-focused, consultative, and value-based approach to selling
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback-both positive and constructive
  • Overlap with 8am-5pm CST for a minimum of 3 hours

  • Salary of $50k with OTE $70k

Screening & Interview Process1) INITIAL SCREENING
First, we will review your application for your background, skills and experience.
2) INTRO INTERVIEW (30 MINS)
This is a 30 minute video call during which we'll want to better understand your experience, business acumen, strengths, and skillset. You'll also have time to ask us questions about the role and company. This will be a 1:1 interview.
3) PRACTICAL EXERCISE (60-120 MINS)
At this point, we will request that you complete a practical exercise to assess your approach to lead generation, and to demonstrate your ability to exercise some of the skills required for this position.
4) FINAL INTERVIEW (60-90 MINS)
During this second and final interview, you'll meet again with your hiring manager, along with 1-2 other members of the team. We'll dig a bit deeper into your past experience and ask questions to better understand how you think and work. There will also be plenty of time for you to ask us anything you want to know.
5) REFERENCES
Should we reach this point, we'll ask you to provide us with a few references. We also may reach out to other individuals, but will be extremely sensitive to potential conflicts e.g. making current coworkers aware that you're looking for a new job.
