Hone your swing and become a demo rockstar. Your job is to farm our best fit leads. We’ve got a great product that pretty much sells itself. A proven process and sales model that you can slot into fast (like really fast) and actually hit your sales numbers.
You’ll manage the entire sales process from contact to close. Consult and educate buyers on why we’re the best fit.
This isn’t a transactional sale, so you’ll need to build relationships and continue to engage prospective customers through email, calls, and screen shares (follow up is key to being successful). On average, customers close in 2-3 calls over a 30-day period.
You’ll be the face to prospective customers across a variety of lead channels including demos and inbound chat.
You’re part of a team that encourages and supports you. You’ll start with comprehensive onboarding that teaches you everything you need to know about referral marketing, our software, and our processes. You’ll then get support along the way to help you grow with weekly team and pipeline meetings, sales huddles, monthly training and feedback sessions, and semi-annual professional development.

Referral Rock is a fast-growing Referral Marketing SaaS for small and medium-sized businesses. We’re a nimble team of roughly 20 people (you’ll be #4 on the sales team). We’ve been profitable from day 1 and support our growth through revenue. So unlike other startups, you don’t need to worry about sudden layoffs or running out of funding.
We’re sticklers for good process, documentation, and efficiency. We use HubSpot as our CRM and have fined tuned it to reduce admin and busywork, so you can spend more time selling.

Who are you?
  • 2-3 years sales or customer support experience (preferably in B2B marketing SaaS and selling to SMBs)
  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR / BDR is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Consultative approach to sales focused on delivering value
  • Desire to win and confidence to ask for the close
  • Experience with common sales and marketing software like Salesforce, HubSpot, MailChimp, and Zapier
  • Experience with different businesses and sales processes including e-commerce, SaaS, service-based companies, etc.
  • Uses data to drive decision making
  • Communicates clearly and can simplify complex concepts
  • Familiar with inbound marketing and inside sales processes
