As long-term partners to our clients, we’ve played a critical role in their growth- both through the products we co-create and the expertise and processes we bring. We’re also a product incubator ourselves, with our own applications and growing b2b SaaS platform.
Proudly remote-first since 2013, we’re a close-knit team of 75, working in fast-moving, agile pods to solve interesting technical challenges and drive real business impact. We are currently looking to grow our Delivery Group by adding another Delivery Manager.
What's it like to be a Delivery Manager at Whitespectre?
- Our Delivery Managers work within a team composed of Software Engineers, QA, Product Management, collaborating with both the team and client stakeholders to deliver products of the highest quality as efficiently as possible and communicate progress. They also help to drive our internal initiatives and projects.
This is the right position for you if you want to:
- Maintain the high performance of the team while continuously driving improved output and business impact with quantifiable metrics.
- Partner with Product Management to manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and remove bottlenecks
- Ensure successful delivery and manage major releases
- Report to Whitespectre’s leadership team on the team’s status, success metrics, team engagement, and risks/issues against key milestones, whilst also identifying areas for improvement
- Client management: Help both manage and build key client relationships, communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Share excellence and contribute best practices across all Whitespectre projects

- While not a product manager, you know how to work with PMs and are passionate about creating great products.
- You are well-organized and a born communicator. You remove obstacles and ensure teams are successful by communicating early and addressing issues head-on.
- You ask questions and help the team identify opportunities and generate ideas. You are able to facilitate productive conversations on uncomfortable topics to help everyone move forward.
- Technical/logical background - able to decompose problems into surmountable challenges.
- High attention to detail – able to provide feedback on deliverable quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear analysis for reports and executive-level presentations
- Comfortable interacting directly with the executive team and explaining technical concepts to non-technical people
- 2+ years of management or project lead experience
- 2+ years of managing software development teams
