We are looking for someone who is crazy talented, very detailed (we can’t stress this enough), and fun to join our Client Success Team. This is a full-time position.
What does this role do, you ask?
We are looking for someone who helps generate reports for our clients, supports our team in helping with operational tasks (adding users to our dashboard, keeping up with our CRM and spreadsheets), and optimizes our clients’ business listings on sites such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. You will work directly with Google to troubleshoot business listing issues and help report erroneous online reviews. At times you will work closely with clients helping them troubleshoot

We need someone who is technologically savvy, has a love for customer service, is positive (we have an amazing team and don’t want to disrupt this with any naysayers), and exhibits a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It will take someone that has excellent communication skills (including writing and grammar) and someone who has a lot of compassion; owning a business is hard and business owners need someone who can show them understanding and heart.
