Agile Project & Delivery Manager

Whitespectre is looking for an Agile Project & Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing and remote team.
The successful candidate will work within high-performing delivery teams of Software Engineers, QA, Product Management, collaborating with both the team and client stakeholders to efficiently deliver products of high quality that make a real business impact.
Requirements

- You are both well-organized and strategic. You enjoy breaking down large projects into solvable challenges, presenting plans, and communicating results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and standards
- Comfortable communicating and problem-solving with executive team members- both within Whitespectre and for our client partners
- Passionate about creating great products and a great working environment
- 1.5+ years of management or project lead experience
- 1.5+ years of managing software development teams
Your responsibilities
- Maintain the high performance of the team while continuously driving improved output and business impact with quantifiable metrics.
- Partner with Product Management to manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and remove bottlenecks
- Ensure successful delivery and manage major releases
- Report to Whitespectre’s leadership team on the team’s status, success metrics, team engagement, and risks/issues against key milestones, whilst also identifying areas for improvement
- Client management: Help both manage and build key client relationships, communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Share excellence and contribute best practices across all Whitespectre projects
