About the role
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the region 
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers within your target markets and ideal customer profiles
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. 
  • Manage and deliver on sales targets by nurturing inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities
  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to research prospects and generate leads
  • Execute discovery calls, conduct product demos and help customers through the sales process all the way to closure
  • Tailor and send quotes and proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs
  • Work closely with the SDRs and marketing team to ensure a high quality pipeline of inbound demand.
  • Work closely with the CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • 10+ years of overall sales experience, most of which is in outbound Sales
  • 5+ years of sales experience in recruitment/ staffing or B2B SaaS industry
  • A customer first attitude with an ability to build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients
  • Passionate about all aspects of lead generation including cold-calling and social selling
  • Relentless and creative approach to generating pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organisation including customer success, marketing, product, and engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proven ability to self-motivate and adapt to a changing environment
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous
