What will your day look like?
You will be working alongside seasoned developers and designers to create custom software for clients in various verticals that include retail, healthcare, energy, and entertainment. You're primary function each day will be keeping project information organized, schedules planned, tasks created, and in general act as a liaison between external clients and internal designers and developers. You'll also work alongside other project managers and as team, will work together towards efficiencies with scheduling and development.

We are a team of passionate developers and designers that love solving real world problems with great software. At our core we do what we do because we really enjoy our jobs, and it is a great bonus that we all get to make a good living in the process. We develop web and mobile systems and applications for businesses of all sizes and have experience from corporate systems and healthcare to games and entertainment.
We consider ourselves a solution company and software is our medium, rather than a technology company that makes software. The nuance may seem minor, but the resulting difference can be profound.
When we set out over 20 years ago to start a company, we knew what we wanted to be - innovative, fun, and an instrument to make people's lives better. Most of us came from typical developer and corporate jobs and knew from the start that we could create better software without the crazy late nights and long weekends. We wanted to work to live, not live to work and we make it a goal to assemble a team that truly enjoys working together.
This formula has allowed us to work for small startup companies to fortune 100 companies and every size in between. We focus on long term relationships with clients, with many of our projects continuing to evolve for 5-10 years or more.
We are a remote-first company with over 20 years of experience running a remote team. We value communication and flexibility and know how to work states apart and still maintain that close team camaraderie.

Who are we looking for?
We need more great team members to continue our growth and are looking for someone who values being part of a team first environment. Our company structure is what we call 'flat' and in no way resembles the hierarchical corporate structures of large corporations. The person who joins our team will not be ‘in charge' of projects, but rather an integral part of the project team who is willing to work alongside others in collaborative and flexible manner.
We look for quality over quantity and have purposefully kept ourselves a small, highly talented team. Hiring the best candidate is important to us, but what's more important is hiring the right candidate. - 2+ years of project management experience (specifically in software development)
- Great interpersonal skills with team members as well as clients
- Has an understanding of both internal and external voices
- Experience with agile and similar development methodologies
- Attention to detail
- Organized and proactive
- Flexible and adaptable
- Manages deadlines
- Experienced with writing, specifically detailed documentation
- PMP or similar certificates a plus but not required
- Someone who loves what they do
