Here at Spark Shipping, we are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. We are looking for team members who are comfortable with and motivated by the opportunity to work remotely.
At Spark Shipping, we help eCommerce retailers automate the connections with their suppliers. Our service is a core mission-critical application for many eCommerce retailers.
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to help with inbound leads (no cold calling) and learn if Spark Shipping is the right fit for their business. Leads come in via email, chat, & phone. The role requires answering questions and hosting demos for inbound leads. Between handling leads, you will be working with the Customer Support team to assist current users.
We want you to become a pro at our platform, then help prospects and users do the same! 😁
The day-to-day:
  • Answering pre-sales questions via email/phone (all inbound)
  • Providing 1-on-1 sales demo (all inbound)
  • Qualify high-value prospects then refer these leads to a Sales Executive
  • Assist the support team in helping current Spark Shipping users
About You:
  • You can quickly understand and qualify a prospect's business goals to determine if Spark Shipping is the right fit for their business
  • You are exceptionally organized and can successfully manage and prioritize your workload
  • You thrive when working autonomously—and as part of a team

  • 1-3 years experience working for a B2B SaaS company in a sales or support role
  • eCommerce experience
    • We work heavily with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay
    • You should have a working knowledge of all/some of these platforms
  • You must be based in North America -- Please DO NOT APPLY if you're outside North America
  • Experience working remotely
  • Nice-to-Have
    • Experience using multi-channel software, warehouse/inventory management software, PIM software, Amazon/eBay listing software
    • Sales experience specific to B2B software/SaaS
