IntroductionAs a Website Manager, you will be responsible for the websites of roughly 8-12 clients on our highest website support tier. This involves being a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact, responsible for managing all website inquiries, updates, and projects in an efficient and timely manner. You will work with a team of web specialists, but should have a good understanding and ability to carry out basic website update and development tasks yourself.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for roughly 8-12 clients in our website support division
  • Communicate with clients and manage requests via task boards, support helpdesk, and phone calls
  • Carry out basic website update and development tasks (WordPress/HTML/CSS) and troubleshoot plugins, integrations, and solutions
  • Work with a team of copywriters, designers, developers, and engineers for larger projects/more complex tasks
  • Maintain good client relationships, time management, workload, and quality control for all clients in-hand
  • Continuously share ideas to help improve our teams, tools, and processes
Requirements
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent understanding, writing and communication skills
  • At least 3-years experience in WordPress development, with a good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery etc.)
  • Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, UX/UI design, and basic SEO
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service, client communication, project management, or online marketing (US clients a plus)
