Remote .NET Engineer (CET Time Zone)

Develop and maintain present and future GdPicture components and features on all its supported platformsTake responsibility for delivering new features and bug fixes from the design phase to launch as part of a small, driven teamWrite readable and well-documented code with meaningful tests so that we can ship new releases often and without fearManage your work by setting your own goals, prioritizing and executing them, and ultimately taking ownership of tasks and projectsSupport our customers in integrating our products, help them debug and resolve issues, and collaborate with them to understand their use cases and requirements for our productsCollaboratively plan the product direction with a mixture of concrete objectives and more general goals, both long-term and short term using Slack, Basecamp, Notion, GitHub, and Zoom

5 or more years of experience working with C# on the .NET platform (bonus points for C++ knowledge)Experience with optimization of low-level code to increase its performance and/or decrease its resource usageExperience with projects that involve high-performance document parserExperience working in a collaborative remote environment in close contact with application developers and devops engineersAbility to receive and give feedback - both positive and negative
